We welcome you to the National Online Racing League Team Owners Rulebook.
2.1: Requirements: National Online Racing League teams must have a name, logo, Cash App for driver payments, and Instagram page.
2.2: Team Names: Names cannot contain any brand names unless proven permission.
2.3: Commitment Requirements: Teams are required to commit to an entire season if you plan on signing full-time drivers.
2.4: Payments: Each NASCAR race, the league pays the teams, the teams must pay the driver the decided amount within the team. For example, if the driver wins a Cup race, the league pays the team $5.00, the team can pay the driver $4.00 and the team can keep the remaining amount until seasons end and pay the drivers.
3.1: Driver Limits: Teams may sign a maximum number of drivers per series as is listed below for 2024:
4.1: Driver Signing Dates: Teams can sign any driver at any time, the driver must be registered with the league and in the discord server and the driver must confirm the signing to make it official.
5.1: Choosing Cars: National Online Racing League teams can choose cars of their choice. Once teams are approved, teams can choose cars in the discord server in the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR National Series, NASCAR Truck Series, and Grand Prix categories.
5.2: Car Choosing Date: The car choosing date does not expire in 2024. If spots are available, teams can choose cars throughout the season.
5.3: Car Limitations: National Online Racing League requires teams to choose up to 4 full-time cars and 1 part-time (hot seat). The numbers cannot be changed until the next season unless there are unforeseen circumstances. Teams have to pick the same manufacture in all three NASCAR divisions. (i.e. If a team chooses Chevrolet in Cup, the team must choose Chevrolet in National and Truck).
6.1: Media Activity: National Online Racing League has the right to require team owners and drivers to take part in media activity such as interviews, promotions & etc.
7.1: Decisions: All decisions made by the National Online Racing League will be from this rulebook. National Online Racing League has the right to make decisions according to the rulebook or even against it in rare cases to provide fair play. Drivers & Team Owners agree to the National Online Racing League final decisions.
7.2: Rule Changes: National Online Racing League has the right to modify the rules at any time, if necessary, by National Online Racing League. It also includes software and game updates. Drivers and Team Owners should check all rules on the website and updates in the discord server prior to any event to make sure everything meets the rules at all times.
